Why Triyuna
Beauty experience, made personal.
For more than 25 years, Cindy worked on the brand side of the beauty industry, including leadership roles with L’Oréal and ZO Skin Health. She learned how products, education, and innovation can change the way people experience their own appearance.
In 2025, she stepped away from corporate life to build something closer to the heart: a practice for people who want natural, considered work without the intimidation of a traditional tattoo shop or the impersonality of a large clinic.
Her philosophy is restoration rather than enhancement for its own sake. The goal is not to make someone look like someone else. It is to help what already belongs to them feel more visible, balanced, and wholly their own.

Cindy’s practice brings together color knowledge, restorative technique, permanent makeup, and fine-line artistry. Education is ongoing because the work deserves curiosity, humility, and precision.

About MACTI
MACTI—the Makeup Artistry and Cosmetic Tattoos Institute—is a permanent makeup education institute in Irvine, Orange County, founded in 2017. Cindy trained with founder Kate Chen; the institute describes Kate as an award-winning master artist, Nano Brows championship winner, and author of two permanent makeup textbooks.
Evolving with intention

Cindy is completing additional esthetics education with a long-term vision for Triyuna as a home for restorative tattoo, thoughtful skin services, and carefully selected technology.
For now, the studio is centered on three areas of practice. New offerings will be introduced only when they are fully ready.
